These Vendor Terms & Conditions govern the relationship between AmidEat and all restaurants and food vendors (“Vendors”) using the platform.

By registering as a vendor on AmidEat, you agree to comply with the following terms.

Platform Role

AmidEat operates as a marketplace platform connecting vendors with customers. Vendors operate as independent businesses and are solely responsible for their products and services.

Vendor Eligibility

To operate on AmidEat, vendors must:

  • Be a legally registered business or authorized food provider
  • Provide accurate and up-to-date business information
  • Comply with all applicable food safety, health, and local regulations

Vendor Responsibilities

Vendors are fully responsible for:

  • Food quality, preparation, hygiene, and packaging
  • Menu accuracy, pricing, and availability
  • Order preparation times and fulfillment
  • Compliance with food allergy and labeling requirements

Orders & Fulfillment

  • Vendors must accept and fulfill orders received through the platform in a timely manner.
  • Repeated order cancellations, delays, or poor service may result in account review or suspension.
  • Vendors are responsible for updating store hours and availability accurately.

Payments & Payouts

  • Payments are processed through third-party payment providers.
  • Vendor payouts are subject to platform fees, commissions, and payout schedules.
  • Vendors are responsible for providing correct payout and banking information.

Platform Fees

AmidEat may charge:

  • Commission per order
  • Subscription or service fees (if applicable)

All applicable fees will be clearly communicated to vendors.

Trust & Conduct

Vendors must:

  • Operate honestly and professionally
  • Avoid misleading information or deceptive practices
  • Maintain respectful communication with customers and the platform

Any violation of trust may result in suspension or termination.

Suspension & Termination

AmidEat reserves the right to:

  • Suspend or terminate vendor accounts for policy violations
  • Remove listings that violate platform standards
  • Take action to protect customers and platform integrity

Liability

Vendors agree that AmidEat is not liable for:

  • Food quality or preparation issues
  • Customer disputes arising from vendor operations
  • Regulatory or legal compliance related to vendor businesses

Modifications

AmidEat may update these Vendor Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
