Payment Processing

  • Customer payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers.
  • AmidiEat facilitates payment processing but does not hold responsibility for payment gateway operations or delays outside its control.

Payout Schedule

  • Vendor payouts are processed according to the payout schedule defined by AmidiEat.
  • Payout frequency may be weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly, depending on platform configuration and vendor agreement.

Platform Fees & Deductions

Vendor payouts may be subject to:

  • Platform commission fees
  • Subscription or service fees (if applicable)
  • Transaction or processing fees charged by payment providers

All applicable fees are deducted before payout.

Payout Method

  • Vendors must provide accurate and valid banking or payout account details.
  • AmidiEat is not responsible for failed payouts caused by incorrect or outdated payout information.

Minimum Payout Threshold

  • A minimum payout amount may apply before funds are released.
  • Any remaining balance will roll over to the next payout cycle.

Refunds & Adjustments

  • Refunds, chargebacks, or disputed transactions may be deducted from future payouts.
  • Vendors are responsible for resolving customer disputes related to their orders.

Taxes & Compliance

  • Vendors are solely responsible for reporting and paying any applicable taxes related to their earnings.
  • AmidiEat does not provide tax advice or tax reporting services.

Policy Updates

This Vendor Payout Policy may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any changes.

Tips & Taxes

  • Customer tips are processed through Stripe together with the order payment.
  • Applicable taxes (including GST, where applicable) are calculated and collected at checkout before any payout distribution.
  • Platform commissions and Stripe processing fees may be deducted before vendor payout, where applicable.
  • Vendors receive the net amount transferred by Stripe.
  • The Stripe transfer amount is considered final, accurate, and authoritative for payout and tax purposes.
