  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.

Refunds & Disputes

  • Refund and dispute requests must be submitted through AmidiEat support.
  • Final decisions may depend on vendor policies and order circumstances.
  • AmidiEat reserves the right to investigate and resolve disputes at its discretion.

User Responsibilities

You agree not to:

  • Misuse the platform or attempt unauthorized access
  • Provide false information
  • Interfere with platform functionality or vendor operations

Intellectual Property

All platform content, branding, and materials are the property of AmidiEat or its licensors and may not be used without permission.

Limitation of Liability

AmidiEat acts solely as a marketplace facilitator. We are not responsible for:

  • Food quality, preparation, or allergens
  • Vendor actions or omissions
  • Indirect or consequential damages arising from platform use

Termination

AmidiEat reserves the right to suspend or terminate user accounts that violate these terms.
